Car insurance customers 'happy with their motors'

New research has showed that many Brits believe their current vehicles are more than ideal for their needs.

RoadTestReports.co.uk discovered that the majority of motorists are happy with their choice of vehicle, with 70 per cent giving their cars either a four or five-star score in the survey. Just 18 per cent admitted they would only award their current car just one or two stars.

Spokeswoman Faye Sunderland explained that the research highlights how happy Brits are with their cars despite the wide range available on the market.

"To see so many reports of the pleasure they get out of their cars is really telling of the British penchant for their motors," she added.

Buying car insurance may also help to protect those previous motors and help restore cars after an accident or criminal damage.

A study from car care and oil company, Comma, highlighted that drivers should not forget to carry out basic car checks on a regular basis otherwise they could risk their car insurance no-claims bonus.
