Bridgerton fans are being shown how they can experience the lavish lifestyle of the Ton by staying at some of the most iconic filming locations.

Travel insurance experts at Quotezone.co.uk have identified four locations where scenes from the hit series were filmed, each offering overnight stays and the chance to immerse guests in the grandeur of the Regency period.

With properties spread across England, from Henderskelfe in North Yorkshire, to Surrey in the South East, Bridgerton fans could enjoy a variety of staycations this year.

Castle Howard, which served as the Duke of Hastings’ home with his wife Daphne, is open for stays or day visits.  Visitors can enjoy exploring the property and grounds, with places to eat and shop on site.*

For overnight stays, Grimsthorpe Castle proved to be the most budget-friendly option, with guests able to stay in The Summer Folly for around £248.75 a night.**

Guests who stay here will have unlimited access to explore Grimsthorpe Castle and are able to enjoy its gardens and winding woodland, where wild deer roam.**

The most expensive Bridgerton stay, and possibly the grandest, is Hampton Court Palace which has been used for many scenes throughout the series.

For roughly £486*** per night with a minimum three nights stay required, guests can enjoy the rich history of royal residency alongside the palace’s stunning grounds.

Fans can also enjoy the rural beauty of Stowe Gardens, another location that features regularly throughout the series. Guests can stay in the Gothic Temple, nestled within the landscaped gardens, which provides a stunning backdrop for a staycation.

Helen Rolph, travel insurance expert at Quotezone.co.uk said: “As the highly popular period drama returns, Bridgerton fans are keen to see the new season of romance, beautiful costumes and stunning locations.

“Bridgerton features some of the UK’s most spectacular historic architecture and landscapes, with our research uncovering several that fans can actually stay in and experience for themselves.

“These stays offer fans the opportunity to step into the Bridgerton world and enjoy a touch of Regency glamour firsthand, with options available across England and at a range of price points, making them accessible to different budgets – although they are definitely a treat.

“As this new set-jetting trend gathers pace, these TV inspired mini-breaks could prove highly popular throughout the UK – with the travel industry predicting £100 billion globally by 2035 for film and TV inspired holidays.****

“Of course, it’s always important for holidaymakers to protect themselves when travelling, whether in the UK or abroad. Travel insurance, even for staycations, could provide protection in case of cancellation or if travel plans are disrupted due to unexpected, or like Bridgerton, dramatic events.”
