Honda Van Insurance

Honda began operations in 1937 by manufacturing piston rings and Honda was one of the early subcontractors for Toyota. Honda expanded over time to produce other car parts for itself and other manufacturers. In 1948 they added engines to bicycles and then went the next natural step and expanded into scooters and motorcycles. Today they are the lead manufacturer of motorcycles around the world.

Honda started manufactured cars in 1960 for the Japanese market and then gradually expanded into international markets in 1972. Honda expanded quickly during the oil crisis in the 70s with their inexpensive cars and high gas mileage. Consumers found them to be well engineered cars, vans and trucks and Honda was able to penetrate many markets worldwide that previously were felt to be owned by the big three.

Today Honda sells many cars and leads the market with many safety features not found on other cars. In addition to selling automobiles, Honda also is involved in the following businesses and provides following products, ATVs, engines, generators, lawn and garden products, motorcycles, outboard motors, personal watercraft, water pumps, scooter's and snow blowers. Honda also provides financial services.

According to Honda's web site they're focused on providing automobiles and do not currently provide commercial vehicles. They do provide a number of family oriented vans and SUVs for drivers to purchase in the UK.
