Wouldn’t let me renew online
“Was panicking a bit as didn’t want to renew until I knew my car had passed it’s MOT. You said you would automatically renew but I am using a different credit card so got a bit stressed I wouldn’t do it in time. I tried to renew online but it wouldn’t let me for some reason so called. A bit of a rigmarole but fairly straightforward. You had put the price up but was still cheaper than other quotes so yes all good.“
