What people have to say about us

The quote l got was the cheapest on all the comparison websites

I used other sites to get a car insurance. Quotezone was by far the best. I took a car insurance with an insurance company that they suggested. Since then I had an accident and the insurance company was great and I am very happy with them. To summaries I got a great deal from the financial aspects and also from the customer services aspects. I have already recommended Quotezone to a number of friends and as far as I know two of them have insured their cars via them.

Mazda MX-30 insurance

The MX-30 is Mazda’s first all-electric vehicle, featuring a super lightweight battery for a better driving experience and greater range. It’s a good-sized car, especially for an electric, and has a decent range on a full charge. Even electric sceptics have had their heads turned by the MX-30.

Do I need Mazda MX-30 insurance?

Yes, if you have a Mazda MX-30 and want to drive it on UK roads, you need insurance. This is mandatory and failing to have the correct insurance is an offence. You even need Mazda MX-30 insurance if you are not planning to drive on the road but do want to park the car on the road, on a driveway or in a garage.

Do young drivers pay more for Mazda MX-30 insurance?

Yes, generally speaking, young drivers do pay more for Mazda MX-30 insurance. This is because they are considered more likely to make a claim due to being inexperienced on the road. As a claim is more likely, insurance providers increase the premium. Additionally, younger drivers have not had the chance to build up a meaningful no-claims discount, so are hit with a double-whammy. Younger drivers can, however, consider adding a more experienced driver to their policy as a named driver, which should mean cheaper premiums.

Is the Mazda MX-30 cheap to insure?

There’s not a great deal of variation between models of the MX-30, all variations sitting in either insurance group 19 or 20. Groups are 1–50 so 20 is in the lower half, cost-wise. However, the actual premium you will pay depends on a great many factors, starting with the value of the car and including your address, driving history, age, and the type of policy you require.

Is the Mazda MX-30 a family car?

While all electric cars have limitations in terms of range, the MX-30 manages to combine a decent range with a good-sized cabin. You could fit a family in here for some decent drives out, and get to your destination in comfort.

How can I get the cheapest MX-30 insurance quotes?

You can get a dashcam, which is cheap and easy to fit at home. Black box insurance, where your driving styles are monitored and good driving rewarded with lower premiums, is also becoming more popular. If possible, keep your car off the road at night – either on a driveway or a locked garage. And if you can afford to pay a higher excess in the event of a claim, then do so.

What is voluntary excess?

You will always need to pay some excess fees before your insurer will pay out. However, some insurers give you the option to pay voluntary excesses. The more excess you agree to pay, the lower your monthly premium will be.

Where can I find the best quotes?

Simple – at Quotezone.co.uk you fill in one form, and we use that to get you quotes from over 110 trusted insurers. We’ll give you the most competitive ones first – all you have to do is take a look through and decide which one suits your circumstances and finances best.
