Covéa Insurance is the UK subsidiary of the European Insurance leader, Covéa Group. Covea car insurance gets quotes for their customers via insurance brokers and intermediaries.

Covea has received fairly average reviews on Trustpilot from users with an average rating between 3 and 4 stars. The criticisms and praises directed toward Covea have been varied and differ in their nature. I have had to raise a formal complaint…

I have had to raise a formal complaint with their customer service management team.

After hey made an initial positive impression in dealing with my case, they have done nothing other than avoid dealing with issues or keeping me updated with what’s happening. They have not taken responsibility for delays in getting my car repaired (50 days now and counting) leaving me out of pocket and having to cover my own transport costs.
