Quote not possible. Why not?

“I tried to get a quote for my cars and having spent 20 minutes entering all the details was rewarded with “we cannot insure this type of vehicle” and then effectively booted out. I have a LR Discovery Sport and my wife has a BMW 1 series. Maybe they are just too risky?

Why couldn’t more elaborate information have been supplied eg some sort of reason given or a phone number to contact with all my personal detials saved somewhere. Better stick with Churchill methinks! And I am a volunteer for AgeUK which is why I looked at Age co in the first place.“
