GetSetGo Premier Car Insurance
GetSetGo’s Premier insurance policy is designed to provide fully comprehensive insurance to more experienced drivers. You’ll be covered from accidental and malicious damages to your car as well as damages to your car due to fire and theft. Attempted theft and damage and injury to third parties will also be covered.

There are two levels of insurance offered by GetSetGo Insurance, these include a premier policy for more experienced drivers and a telematics policy for those with less time behind the wheel. A telematics policy can be useful for some drivers as if they are categorised as being under a higher insurance risk, then telematic coverage can be an effective way of reducing your premiums.

GetSetGo has received good reviews with an average rating of between 3 stars or 4 stars on Trustpilot. The main criticism of GetSetGo Insurance was the lack of phone support, as it appeared many reviewers preferred to have the ability to talk to a real person over online only service. However this is also a strength in the eyes of some, as being able to sort out your own insurance coverage online is preferred by many also. In terms of pricing and deals GetSetGo received good feedback.

Real people to talk to directly please.
I was sent reminder and text messages. I did receive 1 phone call from them but couldn’t answer and when I tried to return the call or to speak to a person I was given several choices of companies to speak to but non of them was getsetgo. I was able to chat online but that is difficult for me and it’s never the same as speaking to a representative of the company. I decided to go with getsetgo as when I used the comparison sights they eventually nearly matched the best price that I received. But I would still prefer that it is made easier to talk to a person directly than on a chat platform.

I moved to GetSetGo Insurance last year…
I moved to GetSetGo Insurance last year after my previous insurer (of 20+ years) would not give me a decent renewal premium on my car insurance considering my age & 20 years of ‘no claims’.. I tried various insurers at the time & GetSetGo gave me a good renewal price based on what I had answered from a questionnaire based on terms of my previous insurer. I have now renewed with GetSetGo since their renewal could not be matched by another company…
