Allard car Insurance
The first car manufactured by Sydney Allard was built in 1936 using a 1934 TT Ford V8 as a base for manufacture of what was to become a true legend. These cars were powerful and would go to win the Monte Carlo Rally and also the British Hillclimb championship. A few production models were built up to 1945 and then Allard began to build cars in a serious way.
These cars were still based on the two seat ford V8s and then began to take on their own specialised design. Beginning with the J1 and later the J2, Allard was able to top speeds of 110 mph. Unfortunately no new models were produced after 1960.
*51% of consumers could save £490.26 on their Car Insurance. The saving was calculated by comparing the cheapest price found with the average of the next four cheapest prices quoted by insurance providers on Seopa Ltd’s insurance comparison website. This is based on representative cost savings from June 2023 data. The savings you could achieve are dependent on your individual circumstances and how you selected your current insurance supplier.
