DAF Car Insurance

The first DAF car was shown at an Amsterdam auto show in 1958 and the first cars were sold in 1959 with a 600 cc engine and an automatic transmission that was considered to the most efficient for its time. The last DAF car was manufactured in 1975.

In 1975, Volvo purchased the DAF Auto company and placed their model name and numbers on the DAF cars. The first Volvo 66 was really and renamed DAF 66 car. Volvo incorporated many of the design attributes in their line of cars that DAF had pioneered in the 60s and 70s. Car insurance is readily available for drivers who still drive these cars in the UK.
